Dear Parent(s), Thank you for considering "Child Care Enterprises" for you childcare needs. Here you will find a copy of my ~Parent’s Handbook~. Please read this ~Handbook~ thoroughly, as it covers very important policies and procedures that not only govern our childcare contract/rate agreement, but also pertain to the care of your child. There may seem to be a lot of information, if you have any questions regarding my policies, please don't hesitate to ask.

We welcome you and your children to our preschool and childcare center. We appreciate the confidence you have in our ability to teach and care for your most precious possession; your child.
You are cordially invited to visit us, ask questions and make suggestions. The best assurance for the success of your child's experiences is the close co-operation, interaction, and understanding of both parents and staff. Our curriculum has been planned for the children with the goal of helping them in their mental, emotional, social and physical development. This is accomplished by a well-rounded program of guided free play, structured class time, special guest visits and field trips. This handbook has been prepared in order for you to better understand our Center as we work together to provide the very best for your children.We welcome your questions, comments and suggestions.

DAYS / Hours
Monday - Friday: 6:30am to 6:00pm
The late fee for children picked up after 6:00pm will be $1.00 per minute.
Payments are to be made to the staff person that has stayed late to care for your child.

MEALS
Breakfast....7:30 -8:30
Lunch........11:15 - 12:15
Snack.........2:40 - 3:00
Our Center participates in the 4c's nutrition program, therefore we ask that you don't bring food into the Center. There will be exceptions made for children who have food allergies, special or religious needs or that are picky eaters. However, a Doctors statement is required to be filed at the Center in order to satisfy the requirements of the 4c's nutrition program.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Be sure that a teacher receives your children each day. Please do not drop your child off at the door or have them to enter the Center by themselves. This is for their safety. It is best that you take your child into the room due to the importance of communication between yourself and your child's teacher. Children need to be in the Center by 10:00am, if attending for that day. A phone call is necessary if you are going to be late. Our cut off time for children to be in the Center will be 10:00am. This policy is to ensure proper staffing. When picking up your children from the Center we ask that you keep them with you at all times. Also please keep older children out of the nursery while picking up your infant or toddler. This policy is designed to keep traffic in the nursery at a minimum in order from having our infants routines disturbed.
